Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full Stack Team Leader to lead and manage a team of full stack developers working on AWS services. This role will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, AWS services, and experience leading and managing teams.
To deliver excellent solutions, you should be able to work alongside a multi-disciplinary team in an agile environment. The position requires a quick learner with extensive experience to manage different projects including and not limited to ability to migrate the platform to different stack when required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of full stack developers to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement software solutions
• Ensure the team is following best practices and industry standards for software development
• Mentor and train team members to improve their skills and knowledge
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in software development
• Participate in the development of project plans and timelines
• Designing and developing APIs
• Coordinate activities with DevOps Team
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Team Leader or similar role, minimum of 5 Years’ experience with MEAN Stack Nodejs, React JS Backend
• Experience in AWS Services and Microservices Architecture
• Experience and knowledge of Machine learning and AI
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and a modern web framework (such as React)
• Experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL or PostgreSQL)
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
