Manager Global MNC – Engineering, Manufacturing & Energy
Process:
Develop and maintain key industry knowledge, especially with regard to supply chain and transportation solutions.
Maximise face to face customer sales time by arranging and facilitating support resources in an effective manner
Lead customer level RFQ’s engaging the country teams and representing at the TRB’s.
Ensure the implementation and integrity of relevant sales processes, CRM tools and pipeline visibility within the account group
Adhere to regional guidelines for pricing and margin management
Measure performance against financial targets and non-financial objectives and implement corrective actions as required.
Contribute to the annual budget cycle by submitting customer level targets and plans to Head of MNC MENA.
Provide in depth account analysis in order to ensure retention and development of revenue
Solve any issues that might risk new or existing business, by cooperating with the countries, regions and the other divisions

Flight Control Duty Manager
YOUR PROFILE:
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Aviation / Dispatch environment
Flight Dispatch or Crewing experience for at least 5 years
Experience at a supervisory level (3-5 years)
Flight Dispatch License
Bachelor Degree Level Education.
Fluently spoken and written English.
Valid Flight Dispatcher License required
Knowledge of BCAA regulations (ANTR / CAP) e.g., FTL / Flight Dispatch Procedures
LIDO experience required
Knowledge of AIMS Crew Scheduling System required
Good communication and negotiation skills
Active leadership with respect and interpersonal skills
Flexible approach to work with an analytical mind and able to solve problems in a methodical manner.
Tender & Business Support Manager, Global MNC MENA
Your Profile:
Knowledge of Supply Chain, Transportation, Operations.
2-3 years of Experience in sales/tender Management environment
Knowledge of DHL Products
Experience in project and process management
Experience in International environment
Knowledge of the Logistics Industry
Business degree or university background in Economics / Mathematics/Logistics
Project Management training
MS Office , Excel, Access, Power Point.
Excellent command of English, multi-language preferred
Solid analytical and strategic thinking
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English (written and oral) is essential, other languages will be an advantage.
Super user of MS Access, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
Capable of objective decision-making.
Sharp eye/flair for figures and detail-oriented
Proven experience in hands-on project management and multi-tasking
High cross cultural skills with proven experience in working successfully in a multi-cultural environment
A qualified and experienced trainer
Commercially minded and ability to create a positive image with DHL customers
Strong initiative and high achievement drive
Strong understanding of commercial processes is a requisite
Ability to work in a global team
Ability to integrate and work successfully in diverse cultures and environments.
Willingness to travel as required.
