We have an opportunity for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join an exciting new project in the BNB Chain ecosystem.
We're looking for an experienced PMM to work on entirely new product offerings, new partnerships, and integrations. This role would suit someone who is comfortable with Institutional and TradFi products/clients with more of a B2B focus who wants to enter the Web3 market.
Responsibilities
Determine product positioning, market segmentation, value proposition, branding for each offering
Resourcing: set objectives, create the plan to achieve them and drive recruitment of the marketing team
Go-to-market strategy for new offerings and continuous assessment of strategy and performance for existing products
Hands-on marketing execution across all activities, communications and operations with, internal and external teams/agencies
Measure performance: develop monitoring and analytics for team objectives and initiatives and continuously assess and adjust weekly
Generate awareness: coordinate visibility across top tier media, events, speaking engagements
Ship content: own the content strategy, shipments and drive thought leadership contribution across teams
Requirements;
At least 5 years experience in product marketing, in B2B or B2C digital service
Results-driven approach to creating impact and able to cite examples
Experience with institutional products and clients, financial services. Crypto or DeFi is an advantage otherwise motivation to quickly learn about decentralized finance quickly and autonomously
Ownership mindset: you focus on building and iterating winning value propositions in the market across target segments
Mindful to understand the bigger picture and be hands-on and practical
Agility to find the determine correct path forward for each product, situation, not only repeat what was done before
