Summary
Stelo Talent is working with a FemTech business which is passionate about empowering women to take control of their health and fitness. They created a breakthrough product that is tailored specifically to the needs of women, taking into account their changing female physiology.
Now, the business is looking for a Head of Product to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for the business
Identifying and evaluating new product opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Lead the product development process from concept to launch for the consumer app and coaching platform
Developing and executing a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
Influence a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring products to market.
Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure products are effectively communicated to and adopted by customers.
Continuously monitoring and analysing product performance, and making data-driven decisions to optimise product success.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and user feedback to inform product decisions
Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to align the product vision with the overall company strategy
Be comfortable in a hands-on role where product execution is key and will make a big difference to the lives of the women we serve
