SOLUTE, Inc., a Sigma Defense Systems Company, is seeking a former Senior Surface Warfare Officer with extensive experience in surface navy operations, especially combat systems programs and the Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) enterprise to fill the Senior SMWDC C5F Executive Liaison position as part of the team at Commander, Fifth Fleet Headquarters in Manama, Bahrain. This position regularly engages with Flag staffs from both SMWDC and C5F and facilitiates cooperation and collaboration.
We need the experience you have developed throughout your Naval Career to support the surface, air, and mine warfare mission areas, enhancing warfighting readiness, and increasing the lethality and tactical proficiency of the Surface Force by being the primary SMWDC resource at C5F. You will serve as a liaison at C5F Headquarters interacting with C5F staff and supporting Fleet assets in the Area of Operation. You will support the performance analysis of surface ship tactical readiness and operational capability. In this position you will make direct contributions to the C5F staff by interacting with and supporting the enhancement of future warfare training.

Requirements
Possess current Security Clearance of SECRET at time of proposal submission.
Must have surface navy experience at the Senior Officer level (Minimum 05 level)
Must have been an Executive Officer Afloat.
Must have extensive, at least 5 years, experience in the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process (HQ only).
AEGIS Weapon System experience desired (Manama, Bahrain)
IAMD mission area experience desired (Manama, Bahrain)
Must have experience with the Warfare Improvement Program (WIP). (HQ)
Experience with qualitative and quantitative assessment methods to support war-fighting readiness, capabilities, and capacity evaluations. (Manama, Bahrain)
