Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS INVENTORY CONTROL:
- Overall, in-charge of stores & inventory movements.
- Control in the issue of Generals Materials
- Reviewing inventory records to ensure that they are accurate and up to date
- Monitoring Fast/Slow/ Non-Moving materials.
- Monitoring the Materials order cost using the EOQ method
- Stock Randomly Verifying in Every Month And 100% Stock Verifying in Every quarter and report to the Concerned Supervisor.
- Updating records in ERP
- Manage control measures to avoid mistakes, inaccuracies, and discrepancies
- Performing material audits to ensure the accuracy of material from time to time.
- Coordinating internally with the Procurement, Maintenance, and Operations Department for a smooth flow of spares requirement in a time frame.
Duties And Responsibilities For Store Operation
- To ensure effective material control on the plant.
- Follow up with the purchasing department to initiate the purchase order for stock and non-stock material, as and when required.
- Follow up with internal procurement for expediting materials/spares / services deliveries on time
- Monitoring the stock levels of maximum, Minimum, and Re-order levels and maintaining the specified levels of materials.
- Preparing and analyzing periodical reports of stock and material movement periodical stock taking/store audit.
- Ensuring proper stocking, safe, and security of materials
- When goods arrived at the site, a visual inspection shall be performed with the relevant material control procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Qualifications & Training
- Should be a minimum Secondary school. Should be able to communicate in English
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Experience
- Should have previously worked in-store department and have knowledge of oracle ERP tool
Personal Qualities
Must have good communication skills.
Physically fit and able to take command of the situation.
