Customer Relationship Management Specialist- Jewelry
· Secure new business opportunities through networking and contact new potential clients.
· Maintain relationships with clients by recommending solutions, providing support, information, and guidance on the latest Jewelry Trends
· Close sales and must meet monthly sales target in accordance with the development plan.
· Identify advantages and demonstrate the ability to differentiate the organization’s products and services.
· Promote and sell suitable products and services to existing and potential clients through a relationship-based approach, according to their needs.
· Act at the company’s Ambassador and must maintain excellent conduct at all times.
· Expedite the reconciliation of client problems and complaints by transferring them to the Client Care Department.
· Work smarter on planning and executing personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the assigned subdivision.
· Fill and submit sales report updates on daily basis.
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.
· Act as the key interface between the client and all the relevant divisions in the company.
· Deal with clients at all levels of an organization in a confident manner and have the ability to grasp new opportunities as they are presented.
