Senior English Content Specialist
The Senior Content Specialist – English is responsible for catering to the day-to-day editorial requests of clients such as press releases, Q&As, listings, biographies, profiles, etc. He/She should also be able to develop digital content including social media content calendars, blogs, etc. He/She must understand the content requirements of all clients including general, technical and industry-specific vocabulary and terminology, style and tone of voice. He/She is responsible for generating English content that is on-brief, accurate, well-written and in line with clients’ messaging. At the same time, he/she must also liaise with other teams to ensure alignment of all English content with Arabic content as and when necessary.
Senior Public Relations Communications Manager
Fluent in both Arabic and English, the Senior Communications Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of retainer and project-based clients including the development and execution of communication plans and programs, coordinating with other support team members to ensure the successful completion of each task, being the primary point of contact with clients, providing basic strategic advisory and consultancy, conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas, and supervising communications specialists to ensure that work is being implemented ethically and according to TRACCS’ standards, systems and procedures.
Associate Director Of Public Relations & Communications
Fluent in both Arabic and English, the Associate Communications Director is responsible for the performance of his/her team on the assigned client portfolio. The Associate Communications Director is required to provide strategic consultancy to clients, regulate workflow and ensure quality control i.e. ensuring that all accounts are running to the highest standards and practices, deadlines are met, and clients are satisfied. He/She must have the ability to supervise a team and should be capable of troubleshooting if required. The Associate Communications Director must meet with the clients regularly to monitor progress on the accounts and keep work on track
