Educational Qualifications
Bachelor degree in a related discipline preferably in HR / Training or in an allied related field with 04 years of experience in the related field preferably with the Ground handling with an Airline.
OR Two years college Diploma preferably in HR / Training or in an allied related field with 06 years of related experience
OR Specialized certificate / License in the related field preferably IATA, ICAO or similar aviation organization or other recognized airlines courses in Ramp and Passengers Handling areas with Secondary School and having 10 years of WY / Aviation experience in similar functions
Skills/Knowledge
Proficiency in English (Spoken and Writing). Knowledge of Arabic or a foreign language will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS office
Excellent Presentation skills
Ability to conduct training in other aviation subject will be ab added advantage

Job Description
1. Design and develop training programs for all Ramp and Passengers Handling training courses based on the standards set by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and ICAO to ensure adherence to guidelines and regulations.
2. Design and develop training material covering all aspects of ground handling in both English and Arabic to ensure that the training materials are prepared as per the established standards and requirements of the company and approved by Civil Aviation Authority nominated post holder.
3. Co-ordinate the tests for all trainees to ensure the understanding of the safety concepts and techniques covered in the training program and submit the reports accordingly as per Department guidelines.
4. If requested, conduct training need analysis for the line departments and find out what type of training is required for the staff as per their Job description and real job activities and prepare new courses.
5. Refer to manuals and other reference material such as memos/bulletins and update training material.
6. Attend refresher training and update oneself with the changes and new policies as per IATA, ICAO, IATA AHM and local aviation Authority.
7. Keep all one’s approvals up-to-date to conduct the training. Keep Oman Air’s network stations up-to-date with Ramp and Passengers Handling training requirements.
8. Liaise with Sr. Registrar for training calendar and its changes for training to be conducted on schedule.
9. Follow new training methods. Update with new technologies involved and use them effectively.
10. Assist line department with expert advice and act as consultant if required and participate in projects undertaken by the company.
11. Provide coaching and mentoring assistance to the participants. Be a role model in the department especially with the beginners.
12. Attend to other administration activities in the L&D department.
13. To face auditors coming from airline, IOSA, ISAGO, ISO and other authorities from time to time.
14. Work in line with ISO requirements and help maintain the quality and standards in L&D department.
15. Follow the rules issued by the company with regard to Security, Safety and environment.
16. Carry out related matters, tasks, assignments or projects delegated by the Manager -L&D.

أو دبلوم الكلية لمدة عامين ويفضل أن يكون في الموارد البشرية / التدريب أو في مجال ذي صلة بالحلفاء مع 06 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة
أو شهادة / ترخيص متخصص في المجال ذي الصلة ويفضل أن يكون IATA أو ICAO أو منظمة طيران مماثلة أو دورات طيران أخرى معترف بها في مناطق مناولة الركاب والمنحدرات مع المدرسة الثانوية ولديها 10 سنوات من WY / Aviation في وظائف مماثلة
المهارات / المعرفة
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثا وكتابة). معرفة اللغة العربية أو لغة أجنبية ستكون ميزة.

المسمى الوظيفي
1. تصميم وتطوير برامج التدريب لجميع الدورات التدريبية الخاصة بالتعامل مع المنحدرات والركاب بناءً على المعايير التي وضعها الاتحاد الدولي للنقل الجوي (IATA) ومنظمة الطيران المدني الدولي (ICAO) لضمان الالتزام بالإرشادات واللوائح.
2. تصميم وتطوير المواد التدريبية التي تغطي جميع جوانب المناولة الأرضية باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية للتأكد من أن المواد التدريبية يتم إعدادها وفقًا للمعايير والمتطلبات المعمول بها في الشركة والموافقة عليها من قبل صاحب الوظيفة المرشح من قبل هيئة الطيران المدني.
3. تنسيق الاختبارات لجميع المتدربين لضمان فهم مفاهيم وتقنيات السلامة التي يشملها البرنامج التدريبي وتقديم التقارير وفقًا لإرشادات القسم.
4. عند الطلب ، قم بإجراء تحليل للاحتياجات التدريبية للأقسام التنفيذية واكتشف نوع التدريب المطلوب للموظفين حسب الوصف الوظيفي وأنشطة العمل الحقيقية وقم بإعداد دورات جديدة.

8. الاتصال مع المسجل الأب لتقويم التدريب وتغييراته للتدريب الذي سيتم إجراؤه في الموعد المحدد.
9. اتبع أساليب التدريب الجديدة. التحديث مع التقنيات الجديدة المستخدمة واستخدامها بشكل فعال.
10-مساعدة الإدارة التنفيذية مع مشورة الخبراء والعمل كمستشار إذا لزم الأمر والمشاركة في المشاريع التي تقوم بها الشركة.
11. تقديم المساعدة في التوجيه والإرشاد للمشاركين. كن نموذجًا يحتذى به في القسم خاصة مع المبتدئين.
12. حضور الأنشطة الإدارية الأخرى في قسم L & D.
13. لمواجهة المراجعين القادمين من شركات الطيران ، IOSA ، ISAGO ، ISO وسلطات أخرى من وقت لآخر.
14. العمل تمشيا مع متطلبات ISO والمساعدة في الحفاظ على الجودة والمعايير في قسم L&D.
15. اتباع القواعد التي تصدرها الشركة فيما يتعلق بالأمن والسلامة والبيئة.
