Business Planning Lead
Job Purpose
Responsible for business planning process and supporting departments in the business planning
cycle / exercise. In addition, responsible for business data gathering and validation at consolidated
level.
Main Tasks & Accountabilities
Well-developed professional process mapping, business understanding, and commercial skills to manage and implement new process mapping across functions.
Possess the necessary professional credibility and personal integrity to be able to influence key decision makers and to guide operational decision-making.
Demonstrate strong achievement orientation and take pride in the achievement of results to a high standard with a strong focus on delivering high quality output.
Capable of influencing and changing the course of a large, multi-cultural, and diverse team spread geographically and supporting diverse business operations.
Customer oriented to focus on exceeding the customer’s needs and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Possess a strong process orientation and a continuous improvement focus.
Excellent analytical skills.
Possess good planning and coordination skills and demonstrate an ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously to tight deadlines.
Capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines.
Education Level – Minimum Requirement
University degree in a Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field.
Post-graduation in a relevant field would be an added advantage.
CFA /CIMA/ MBA is a surplus.
Work Experience
At least 6 year experience.
Should have deep knowledge and experience in high volume, multi-networked supply chain environment.
Nationality Preferred - Omani

المستوى التعليمي - الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات
شهادة جامعية في المالية أو المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
سيكون ما بعد التخرج في مجال ذي صلة ميزة إضافية.
CFA / CIMA / MBA فائض.
خبرة في العمل
خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات.
يجب أن يكون لديك معرفة وخبرة عميقة في بيئة سلسلة التوريد ذات الحجم الكبير والمتعددة الشبكات.
