Job Description - Sr. Engineer - Mechanical
Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of the fabrication process, from design to delivery • Work with clients and sales staff to determine project scope and specifications
• Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
• Create production schedules and coordinate with other departments to
ensure timely completion of projects
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Train and supervise employees, including setting work schedules and assigning tasks
• Inspect completed products and resolve any issues
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment • Keep abreast of new developments in fabrication techniques and technology
Stay within budget constraints
• Meet deadlines
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field
• 5+ years experience in a management role within a fabrication or
manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve production goals
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
• Master's degree in engineering or related field
• 5+ years experience in a management role within a fabrication or manufacturing environment
Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software

• إثبات سجل حافل بقيادة وتحفيز الفرق لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج
• فهم قوي لمعايير وممارسات مراقبة الجودة
• مهارات الاتصال وحل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار ممتازة
المهارات والمؤهلات المفضلة
• درجة الماجستير في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة
• 5 + سنوات خبرة في دور إداري داخل بيئة التصنيع أو التصنيع
خبرة في برامج التصميم بمساعدة الكمبيوتر (CAD)
