• Oversees the EDP clerks and handles issues been elevated from the EDP clerks
• Takes ownership in resolving grievances, and in following through to resolution.
• Devises an effective and structured client information flow system.
• Liaises with internal and external stake holders and Warehouse Operations as the case may be in order to regularly update the customers on the status of shipments.
• Places systems to ensure timely and effective response to business requirements.
• Measures Team members’ performance, supports, guides, trains and mentors the team members
• Continuous and effective training programme for team members related to IT skills and customer service
