The role?
Assist in coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for personnel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Support the Personnel Logistics Coordinator in maintaining personnel schedules and optimizing allocation.
Coordinate logistics for personnel movements, such as transportation, visa processing, and other requirements.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving travel and logistics-related issues.
Process and maintain personnel-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Keep organized records of personnel movements and generate reports as needed.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and manage voicemail.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Serve as a point of contact for personnel inquiries related to travel and logistics.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient coordination.
Recognized Qualifications and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or related fields is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous experience in administrative or logistical support roles is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Need to work around the clock to support the designated team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

المؤهلات والخبرة المعترف بها
شهادة الدراسة الثانوية أو ما يعادلها؛ يعد التعليم أو التدريب الإضافي في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية أو المجالات ذات الصلة ميزة إضافية.
يتقن برامج Microsoft Office Suite (Word وExcel وOutlook).
يفضل الخبرة السابقة في أدوار الدعم الإداري أو اللوجستي.
