You will have to meet the below requirements:
Plans, directs, coordinates and integrates a hospital wide quality and risk management program activities
within the service unit.
Manages and oversees all hospital patient safety programs to maintain an environment that optimizes
patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors.
Provides professional/technical consultation to all paraprofessionals and professional staff toward
establishing, maintaining and/or improving systems processes consistent with professional standards or
protocols according to NHRA regulations.
Supervises employees responsible for the Safety, Infection Control/Employee Health, Discharge
Planning/Utilization Review, Staff Development, Security, and Discharge Planning/Utilization Review programs.
Performs assigned functions/role in the Community Health Emergency Operations when activated in response to emergency/disaster.
The Quality manager will require a basic degree/diploma in quality and patient safety programme with a minimum 2-3 years of experience.
