- Applications coding, enhancing, testing and documenting as per Information Systems Directorate and Business requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in Project Closure and Handover to Maintenance (SCD doc )
- Works closely with the architects and business analysts to produce the System requirement specifications deliverable
- Makes sure to keep knowledge of new approaches and technologies related to its responsibilities
- Defines technical solutions for business requirements to maximize efficiencies by leveraging the technology strategies to facilitate the system solution for requirements
- Performs analysis to understand and communicate production problem patterns and suggests continuous improvements
- Facilitates implementation of changes to existing applications
- Responsible for assigned testing activities with minimal supervision including participation in identifying conditions and scenarios to be included in the test execution
- Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, functional requirements, and use cases
- Performing business analysis activities at the strategic, operational and organizational level
- All other duties as assigned
Educational Qualification & Certifications:
- Must have B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- 5 years programming experience.
- Experience:
Senior System Analyst should have experience in the following
- At least 6 years experiences in the field of system analyzing.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in programming.
- Experience in databases Oracle, Microsoft SQL, Postgre, etc.
- Experience in web services API.
- Experience in Eclipse, Rational Application Developer (RAD)
- Experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) techniques using UML
- Experience in writing technical documents.
- Must be Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing) and preferably Arabic.
- Experience in AWS cloud.
- Experience in SDLC like Agile Methodology.
- Knowledge of iOS & Android SDK Preferred
- Experience in User Experience (UX) and Testing Preferred
- Experience in Low Code development is Mandatory (Preferably Mendix)

- يعمل بشكل وثيق مع المهندسين المعماريين ومحللي الأعمال لإنتاج مواصفات متطلبات النظام القابلة للتسليم
- يتأكد من الحفاظ على المعرفة بالأساليب والتقنيات الجديدة المتعلقة بمسؤولياته
- يحدد الحلول التقنية لمتطلبات العمل لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الكفاءة من خلال الاستفادة من استراتيجيات التكنولوجيا لتسهيل حل النظام للمتطلبات
- يقوم بإجراء تحليل لفهم أنماط مشاكل الإنتاج والتواصل معها ويقترح تحسينات مستمرة
- يسهل تنفيذ التغييرات على التطبيقات الحالية
- مسؤول عن أنشطة الاختبار المعينة مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف بما في ذلك المشاركة في تحديد الظروف والسيناريوهات التي سيتم تضمينها في تنفيذ الاختبار
- مسؤول عن جمع وتوثيق متطلبات العمل والمتطلبات الوظيفية وحالات الاستخدام
- القيام بأنشطة تحليل الأعمال على المستوى الاستراتيجي والتشغيلي والتنظيمي
- جميع الواجبات الأخرى كما تم تعيينها
المؤهلات التعليمية والشهادات:
- يجب أن يكون لديك بكالوريوس. شهادة في علوم الكمبيوتر أو هندسة الكمبيوتر.
- خبرة 5 سنوات في البرمجة.
- خبرة:
يجب أن يتمتع محلل النظام الأول بالخبرة في ما يلي
- -خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال تحليل النظم.
- -خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في البرمجة.
- خبرة في قواعد البيانات Oracle وMicrosoft SQL وPostgre وما إلى ذلك.
- خبرة في API لخدمات الويب.
- خبرة في Eclipse، مطور التطبيقات العقلانية (RAD)
- خبرة في تقنيات التحليل والتصميم الموجه للكائنات (OOAD) باستخدام UML
- خبرة في كتابة المستندات الفنية.
- يجب أن يجيد اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاً وقراءة وكتابة) ويفضل اللغة العربية.
- خبرة في سحابة AWS.
- خبرة في SDLC مثل منهجية Agile.
- يفضل معرفة iOS وAndroid SDK
- يفضل الخبرة في تجربة المستخدم (UX) والاختبار
- الخبرة في تطوير الكود المنخفض إلزامية (يفضل Mendix)
