Senior Accountant




DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-


• Performing appropriate day-to-day accounting transactions collating ledgers, compiling of financial data

• Incorporate the business transactions from and to external, related parties, associates & intergroup for Revenue / LC purchases Expenses / Transfers

• Preparing letters for Tender Bonds, Contractors All Risk Policies, Vehicle insurances & other relevant documents

• Liaise with Bank for Letter of Credits / Telex Transfers of local & international / Bid Bonds / Guarantees Amendments / Cancellations / Managerial Cheques / Demand Drafts / credit cards & Standing Orders

• Performing Surprise Audit and Statutory Audit for Affiliates

• Prepares and summarize sales / accounts receivable / inflow reports with variances

• Maintaining Performance bond and insurance files, interim certificates and bank correspondences

• Preparing payroll

• Issuing the Amendment and Renewal of cards for Vehicle insurances policies and site policies

• Supervise liaise with banks, contracts manager and transport manager regarding business transactions

• Oversee assist to HR employees in reconciling of new joining , resigned employees / telephone / traffic fines

• Preparing annual financial statutory reports such as profit and loss, balance sheet with site wise revenue and expenses, and bank reconciliation, Liaising with external auditors

• Reporting and providing assistance to Finance Controller and business development manager


Qualifications:- BCom/ MCom with a minimum Bahrain work experience of 7 years
