Job Description
Ideal candidate will be an experienced technical writer with minimum 2 years of experience preferably
in a software house. Candidate must have expertise in technical writing, editing and documentation and
must be able to produce high quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our
products. Must be able to collaborate and work with developers, quality engineer, product managers
and usability experts to make our products easier to use.
Duties & Responsibilities
Should have a basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology associated with Software applications such as databases, integration, server configuration.
Should have the necessary skills to interpret English content such as user manuals and translate it for Arabic speaking audience.
Should be able to review the user interface of product application, company website and Arabize its content.
Able to review and provide Arabic content for marketing team would be a plus.
Preparation of Arabic Manual for our products. User Manuals, System Admin Manuals, Installation Guides, Online Help.
Translation of our products User Interface to Arabic. System Messages, Captions, Settings, and Configurations.
Company Website and Social Media content handling when required Banners, Artwork etc. Should be able to coordinate with design team or marketing team to fulfil this use case.
Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
Proficiency with latest MS Office Tools mainly, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Adobe Products (AdobeXd, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with software development life cycle.
Technical proficiency, with the ability to easily grasp complex concepts and make them understandable
in text and pictures illustrations.
Conceptual knowledge on a variety of topics including hardware, software, database systems, web
interfaces, software integration.
Additional Information
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant is preferred.

الواجبات والمسؤوليات

يجب أن يكون قادراً على مراجعة واجهة المستخدم لتطبيق المنتج وموقع الشركة وتعريب محتواه.
ستكون القدرة على مراجعة وتقديم المحتوى العربي لفريق التسويق ميزة إضافية.
إعداد الدليل العربي لمنتجاتنا. أدلة المستخدم، أدلة إدارة النظام، أدلة التثبيت، التعليمات عبر الإنترنت.
ترجمة واجهة المستخدم الخاصة بمنتجاتنا إلى اللغة العربية. رسائل النظام والتسميات التوضيحية والإعدادات والتكوينات.
التعامل مع موقع الشركة الإلكتروني ومحتوى الوسائط الاجتماعية عند الحاجة إلى اللافتات والأعمال الفنية وما إلى ذلك. يجب أن تكون قادرًا على التنسيق مع فريق التصميم أو فريق التسويق لتحقيق حالة الاستخدام هذه.
مؤهلات
مهارات اتصال شفهية وكتابية ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
خبرة عملية مثبتة في الكتابة الفنية لوثائق البرامج.
إتقان أحدث أدوات MS Office بشكل رئيسي، MS Word وExcel وPowerPoint.
منتجات أدوبي (AdobeXd، Illustrator، InDesign).
الإلمام بدورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات.
الكفاءة التقنية، مع القدرة على فهم المفاهيم المعقدة بسهولة وجعلها مفهومة
في النص والصور التوضيحية.
المعرفة المفاهيمية حول مجموعة متنوعة من المواضيع بما في ذلك الأجهزة والبرامج وأنظمة قواعد البيانات والويب

معلومات إضافية
