About the job

Job Purpose:

The Senior Digital & Marketing Executive is in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s brand, products, and services. His/her duties include planning campaigns, analysing metrics and identifying trends. He/She has experience in art direction and social media management.

 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, advertising campaigns, and competitive reviews.

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and conversion rates.

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing

• Conduct A/B tests and analyse data to optimize campaign performance and ROI

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop landing pages, ad creatives, and other marketing assets.

• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging performance marketing techniques.

• Develop and monitor campaign budgets, KPIS and results.

• Plan and manage our social media platforms.

• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.

 الأدوار والمسؤوليات:

• التصميم والإشراف على جميع جوانب قسم التسويق الرقمي لدينا بما في ذلك قاعدة بيانات التسويق والبريد الإلكتروني والحملات الإعلانية والمراجعات التنافسية.

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويق الأداء لزيادة معدلات اكتساب المستخدمين والتحويل.
