   Bid and Contracts Manager

Our ideal candidate will be working closely with our Business Development team preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business developing and presenting project proposals, meeting with clients to find out their requirements, producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales, discussing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the terms of business contracts, agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients, managing construction schedules and budgets, working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities and liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, and the client’s own representatives

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and

experience:

• Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design or related eld

• Minimum 7 years of experience in related eld

• Aware of analytics and computers to prepare

presentations and databases. Working knowledge of

Microsoft oce tools like Excel and Microsoft Planner is

strongly preferred.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, among

regularly occurring projects.

• Good observation skills with great decision-making ability.

• Good in written and spoken English
