Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's or higher Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments and needs
Real estate background experience (not less than 6 years)
Excellent written/spoken communication skills (English / Arabic)
Solution driven individual and Proactive in reporting.

Chief Executive Officer - Job Duties:
Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-
term objectives
Oversee all the business operations internally and externally to ensure its consistency and alignment with the current strategy.
Work on the development of five internal divisions (Sales / Property Management / Development / Marketing and Valuation):
Create and proffer the developmental plan for each division to the board of directors within a pre-defined submission timeline.
Focus on the creation of the plans generally in order to present it to the Board and take the approval for the execution and follow up process.
Concentrate on increasing the revenue for each department concurrently with maintaining the cost-expenses as possible.
Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profit.
Review all the financial / non-financial reports regularly and devise improved solutions upon requirement.
Work with the executives to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long term goals.
Work on the organization’s budget and present the amended plan to the board of directors.
Issue minutes of meeting (MOM) to every meeting held by the Board of directors.
Perform an overall restructure to the organization .
Analyze problematic situation and provide wise solutions and decisions.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the market and industry of the organization.
Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the organization’s legality and business ethics.

العمل على تطوير خمسة أقسام داخلية (المبيعات / إدارة الممتلكات / التطوير / التسويق والتثمين):
إنشاء وتقديم الخطة التطويرية لكل قسم إلى مجلس الإدارة ضمن جدول زمني محدد مسبقًا للتقديم.

- مراجعة جميع التقارير المالية / غير المالية بانتظام واستنباط حلول محسنة عند الحاجة.
العمل مع المديرين التنفيذيين لتحديد القيم والمهمة، والتخطيط للأهداف قصيرة وطويلة المدى.
العمل على ميزانية المنظمة وعرض الخطة المعدلة على مجلس الإدارة.
إصدار محضر اجتماع (MOM) لكل اجتماع يعقده مجلس الإدارة.
إجراء إعادة هيكلة شاملة للمنظمة.
تحليل الموقف الإشكالي وتقديم الحلول والقرارات الحكيمة.
الحفاظ على معرفة عميقة بالسوق والصناعة في المنظمة.
فرض الالتزام بالمبادئ التوجيهية القانونية والسياسات الداخلية للحفاظ على شرعية المنظمة وأخلاقيات العمل.
