Job Title: Cafe Team Member (Barista, Waiter/Waitress, Cashier)
We are seeking versatile and customer-oriented individuals to join our team. As a cafe team member, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in various roles, including barista, waiter/waitress, and cashier. This dynamic position will allow you to contribute to the overall success and seamless operations of our cafe, ensuring an exceptional experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Barista: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea-based beverages with precision and consistency. Ensure the highest quality standards and presentation.
Waiter/Waitress: Greet and seat customers, take food and beverage orders, and provide attentive table service. Assist in delivering orders and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Cashier: Handle cash transactions, operate the point-of-sale system, and maintain accurate records of sales. Provide friendly and efficient service during the checkout process.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a barista role, food service, or customer-facing position is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and passion for coffee, tea, and the cafe culture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work in different roles on different days as needed.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Contract Length: 3 months (subject to possible extension)
Location: City Centre Bahrain
Salary: 200BD+
Start Date: November 1, 2023
