Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Budget Specialist to join our team in
Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring
financial budgets to ensure effective financial planning and control. The role requires strong analytical
skills and sound knowledge of budgeting principles and practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain financial budgets in line with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Collaborate with various departments to gather budgeting inputs and forecast financial needs.
3. Conduct financial analysis and evaluate budget variances, identifying areas of improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
4. Prepare comprehensive budget reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
5. Monitor and track budget allocations to ensure compliance with approved budget plans.
6. Provide guidance and support in the development and preparation of annual operating budgets.
7. Review and analyze financial data to recommend adjustments or corrective actions to achieve
financial targets.
8. Coordinate with finance, accounting, and other teams to ensure accurate and timely budget reporting.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to financial budgeting.
10. Develop and maintain financial models to aid in budget planning and forecasting.
11. Participate in financial audits, ensuring transparency and accuracy of budget-related information.
12. Identify and implement strategies to improve budgeting processes and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in financial budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
3. Strong understanding of financial concepts and budgeting principles.
4. Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
6. Detail-oriented and capable of working with a high level of accuracy.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
9. Knowledge of Bahrain's financial regulations and reporting standards is preferred.
10. Professional certifications such as CMA or CFA are an advantage.

الواجبات والمسؤوليات:

2-التعاون مع الإدارات المختلفة لجمع مدخلات الميزانية والتنبؤ بالاحتياجات المالية.
3. إجراء التحليل المالي وتقييم الفروق في الميزانية، وتحديد مجالات التحسين أو فرص توفير التكاليف.
4-إعداد تقارير الميزانية الشاملة والعروض التقديمية للإدارة وأصحاب المصلحة.
5-رصد وتتبع مخصصات الميزانية لضمان الامتثال لخطط الميزانية المعتمدة.
6. تقديم التوجيه والدعم في تطوير وإعداد ميزانيات التشغيل السنوية.
7-مراجعة وتحليل البيانات المالية للتوصية بالتعديلات أو الإجراءات التصحيحية لتحقيقها
الأهداف المالية.
8. التنسيق مع فرق المالية والمحاسبة والفرق الأخرى لضمان تقديم تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب عن الميزانية.
9. ابق على اطلاع دائم باتجاهات الصناعة واللوائح وأفضل الممارسات المتعلقة بالميزانية المالية.
10-تطوير وصيانة النماذج المالية للمساعدة في تخطيط الميزانية والتنبؤ بها.
11. المشاركة في عمليات التدقيق المالي، وضمان الشفافية ودقة المعلومات المتعلقة بالميزانية.
12. تحديد وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتحسين عمليات إعداد الميزانية وكفاءتها.
والمؤهلات والمهارات:
1. درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة. درجة الماجستير هي ميزة إضافية.
2. خبرة مثبتة في إعداد الميزانية المالية والتنبؤ وتحليل التباين.
3. فهم قوي للمفاهيم المالية ومبادئ الميزانية.
4. الكفاءة في النمذجة المالية ومهارات Excel المتقدمة.
5. مهارات تحليلية ممتازة مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات المالية المعقدة.
6. موجه نحو التفاصيل وقادر على العمل بمستوى عالٍ من الدقة.
7. مهارات تواصل وعرض قوية.
8. القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
9-يفضل المعرفة بالأنظمة المالية ومعايير إعداد التقارير في البحرين.
10. تعتبر الشهادات المهنية مثل CMA أو CFA ميزة.
