Coordinator:
Manage a team of Bahrain immigration specialists responsible for case managing Bahrain immigration
applications, providing expert immigration advice to employees and engaging government authorities
involved in the immigration matters
Monitoring Bahrainization compliance and keeping up to date with the Bahrain regulatory updates.
Act as a subject matter expert and advise on case-level filing strategies including complex situations
that require independent research and interpretation of processes and policies from both internal and
external sources in ambiguous circumstances
Process expert on how to use all government portals, pull out reports and do the required analysis
Implement regular reviews of current processes to ensure ongoing compliance, identify gaps and
inefficiencies, and lead continuous improvement and delivers projects to improve quality, speed, experience, cost and compliance of immigration services
Capability in managing high-volume immigration programs and improving operational efficiency and
customer satisfaction
Experienced in identifying and resolving complex immigration issues, assuming leadership roles in
unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
Excellent written and verbal communications (high-level of English language proficiency is essential
and preferably Arabic)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: BD400.000 - BD500.000 per month
