Our restaurant is looking for a talented sous chef to join our team.
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
1- Work with our executive chef to create new additions to our menu on a seasonal basis
2- Help the kitchen with its preparation work before meal services
3- Assist the executive chef in managing the kitchen staff
4- Follow all food health and safety requirements
5- Recruit and train new kitchen employees to help the restaurant reach its goals
Sous Chef Requirements:
1- Minimum of two years' worth of experience in a similar position
2- Demonstrable knowledge of cooking practices and kitchen equipment
3- Ability to lead a team with excellent communication
4- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
