1) Analyze customer inquiries and prepare accurate and timely quotations.
2) Coordinate with sales team to understand customer requirements.
3) Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing information for products and services.
4) Ensure that all quotations comply with company pricing and discount policies.
5) Track and manage multiple quotations simultaneously.
6) Respond to customer inquiries and provide additional information as needed.
7) Maintain accurate records of all quotations and sales activities.
8) Identify opportunities to improve the quotation process and make recommendations to management.
