iMachines, a division of Almoayed Investments, requires urgently an Arabic-speaking Business
Development Manager.
PROFILE / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
EXPERIENCE:
• At least 5 years experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or any relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Knowledgable in Technology, Consumer Electronics, IT Infrastructure, Software, and Services
• Knowledge of Bahrain market (Saudi exposure is a plus)
• Experience in customer support is a plus
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or in IT/Technology or Sales
MBA an advantage
English language proficiency
Arabic language is a MUST
Effective presentation skills
Negotiation skills and ability to build rapport
A self-starter and persuasive to drive results to grow the business
Time management and planning skills
