Job Brief:
We’re looking for a Store Keeper who can help us keep our store organized and tidy. The ideal
candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently.
Store Keeper Duties:
1- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
2- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
3- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
4- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
5- Collect, process, and document all merchandise received and paid for, assisting with inventory activities as necessary
6-Store merchandise in the proper location to increase sales
7- Inventory items according to location and store policy
Requirements And Skills:
1- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
2- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
3- 2+ years’ experience in storekeeper position
4- Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes
