Store Associate - Lifestyle
Shop Keeping and Store Standards:
- Maximize and contribute to sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience
- Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed according to standard layout norms (product placement, signage, neat and well folded, arranged in order from smallest to largest, hanged items must be steamed, brand wise, size wise, etc.)
- Ensure all products are price tagged and bar-coded before display
- Ensure correct rotation of stock on shelves and assist in accurate stock counts as per store requirements
- Ensure all stock administration (stock count, inter branch transfer, dispatch and delivery) are recorded on the system in time, accurately and correctly categorized
- Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligence
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping standards and grooming etiquettes are maintained in store at all times
Store Assistant - CP
Store Merchandise / Merchandising:
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of the merchandise/products stocked in the store
- Ensure promotions and fast-selling lines are featured in the store
- Provide information about customers (likes, dislikes and opinions) to the department in charge
- Ensure effective stock replenishment to the store and continuous stock availability, recovery & maintenance in the store
Customer Service:
- Greet and meet all customers promptly and politely as they enter the store
- Provide customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service
- Guide customers throughout the store or to the specific area requested
- Develop a clear understanding of all departments, products, features and after-sales service
- Ensure effective implementation of visual merchandising principles within the stores

Business Manager - Centrepoint
- Responsible for overall store success including sales, operations, staff development, service, and brand integrity
- Manage P&L to achieve company sales, service goals, and financial targets
- Handle day-to-day operational and staffing requirements including rota, security, finance, personnel, and maintenance
- Monitor store processes and procedures to ensure best practice standards
- Manage, supervise, and coach staff including recruitment, hiring, and training
- Ensure highest level of customer service is delivered and measured against objectives
- Maintain daily financial recaps and communicate with store management
Visual Merchandiser - Home Box
- Operate as cashier when applicable and ensure accurate money handling
- Understand and utilize all reports required for daily store operations
- Carry out linked selling by understanding customer needs and closing sales
Store Merchandise / Merchandising:
- Maintain detailed knowledge of store merchandise/products
- Ensure promotions and fast-selling lines are featured in the store
- Provide customer insights (likes, dislikes, opinions) to the department in charge
- Ensure effective stock replenishment and continuous availability
- Maintain ongoing recovery and store maintenance
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist all customers promptly and politely upon entry
