Job Summary
The Electrical Engineer will ensure that the Contractor complies with all Electrical Works specifications including Power, Substations, Lighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, Security, Access Control, Instrumentation, and Telecommunication systems. ملخص الوظيفة
الهدف الرئيسي من الدور هو ضمان امتثال المقاول لوثائق العقد فيما يخص الأعمال الكهربائية مثل: الطاقة، المحطات الفرعية، الإضاءة، نظام الإنذار ضد الحريق، الأنظمة الضعيفة، الأمن، التحكم بالدخول، الأجهزة، والاتصالات. يتضمن العمل التنسيق، التفتيش، إعداد التقارير، وحل المشكلات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• الإشراف اليومي على الأعمال والمفتشين في الموقع

• مراجعة واعتماد رسومات الورش، وبيانات الطريقة، وتقديمات المواد

• مراقبة امتثال المقاول لمتطلبات العقد ومعايير السلامة والجودة

• إعداد تقارير يومية وأسبوعية ومتابعة تقدم المشروع

• المشاركة في الاجتماعات الفنية والاختبارات وإعداد تقارير عدم المطابقة

• تحديد التأخيرات مبكرًا والمساهمة في الحلول التصحيحية

• تقديم القيادة والتنسيق مع التخصصات الأخرى

• مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية ونتائج الاختبارات المخبرية

• المساهمة في حل التحديات المتعلقة بالتصميم والتنفيذ

• تقييم أنظمة الجودة والامتثال لمتطلبات الجهات المختصة

المؤهلات

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية

• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات (منها 5 سنوات في دول الخليج) في أنظمة المباني الكهربائية (ويُفضل خبرة في المباني التعليمية أو الصحية)

• إلمام قوي بأنظمة الإشراف والتوثيق الفنية

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنظيم والقيادة

Position: Resident Engineer – Bridges
Location: Manama, Bahrain
Company: AECOM – Global Leader in Infrastructure Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and maintenance of complex bridge structures, especially marine and cable-stayed bridges

• Manage daily on-site operations and ensure milestone compliance

• Review methodologies, approve materials, and supervise equipment use

• Conduct site inspections, quality control, and safety audits

• Resolve technical challenges and implement design improvements

• Collaborate with design and stakeholder teams for timely execution

• Monitor budgets, progress reports, and construction documentation

• Ensure compliance with Bahraini safety codes and environmental standards

• Mentor junior engineers and provide leadership on-site

Conditions

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus)

• 15+ years of experience in bridge construction with marine or cable-stayed focus

• Minimum 5 years specifically on marine/cable-stayed bridge projects

• PE Certification preferred; PMP certification a bonus

• Strong CAD and project management software proficiency

• Expert understanding of structural design, construction standards, and local regulations

• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration skills

• Willingness to work on-site and travel when needed

الشروط

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية (يفضل الماجستير)

• خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في مشاريع الجسور، مع تركيز على الجسور البحرية أو المعلقة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع الجسور المعلقة/البحرية

• يُفضل الحصول على شهادة مهندس محترف (PE)؛ وشهادة PMP ميزة إضافية

• إجادة استخدام AutoCAD وبرامج إدارة المشاريع

• معرفة قوية بكودات البناء واللوائح المحلية والمعايير العالمية

• مهارات اتصال وقيادة ممتازة والقدرة على العمل في بيئات متعددة الثقافات

• الاستعداد للعمل الميداني والتنقل حسب الحاجة
