HR Trainee
HR Tasks
- Coordinate the finalization of the annual insurance policy renewal and manage employee insurance requests, including endorsements, deletions, and claims
- Administer and manage employee benefits and allowances, such as health club memberships and hardship allowances
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating corporate HR policies
- Serve as the QMS representative, responsible for creating, updating, and deleting HR-related controlled documents
