Driver Heavy Duty

Position: Driver (LMV / Heavy Duty)

Job Description:

• Responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers, clients, or businesses safely and timely.
• Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicle, equipment, paperwork, and loaded product.
• Ensure all delivery loads are stacked, padded, and properly secured.
• Load vehicle/truck with packed orders, sorting and organizing products for easy access.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, correct quantity, and client satisfaction.
• Deliver all orders to customers/clients in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints.
• Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules.
• Check in with customers/clients to announce arrival and serve as company liaison.
• Ensure all signatures are received in printed challans and electronic devices during deliveries.
• Communicate with branch head or store in charge if issues arise.
• Maintain required documents in the vehicle (Istimara, Meezan Card, Insurance, Driving License, Iqama, etc.).
• Present documents properly to Government Authorities during inspections.
• Maintain trip details in a log book and communicate daily with branch head and store in charge.
• Document all driving expenses, fuel, tolls, emergency repairs, and distances covered.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed.
• Load and unload materials at warehouse/stores and customer/client sites.
• Abide by transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and documents related to deliveries.
• Operate equipment and machines such as forklifts and lifting machines.
• Respect and follow all traffic laws and safety rules.

Qualifications Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of prior commercial driving and delivery experience.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License.
• Motor Vehicle Record must show safe driving with no moving violations in last 3 years.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting heavy items using safety techniques.
• Moving about warehouse/loading dock most of the day.
• Exiting and entering vehicles multiple times per day.
• Must be able to climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in small spaces and various climates.

الوصف الوظيفي:

• مسؤول عن تحميل ونقل وتسليم المواد للعملاء أو الشركات بطريقة آمنة وفي الوقت المحدد.
• إجراء فحوصات ما قبل الرحلة للمركبة والمعدات والمستندات والمنتجات المحملة.
• ضمان ترتيب جميع الشحنات بشكل آمن ومؤمن بشكل صحيح.
• تحميل المركبة / الشاحنة بالطلبات المعبأة، وتنظيم المنتجات والمواد لتسهيل الوصول إليها.
• مراجعة الطلبات قبل وبعد التسليم لضمان اكتمالها وصحة الكميات والتكاليف ورضا العميل.
• تسليم جميع الطلبات للعملاء بطريقة مهذبة وفي الوقت المناسب.
• تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة، والرد على الاستفسارات والتعامل مع شكاوى العملاء.
• الالتزام بالمسارات المحددة والجداول الزمنية.
• التواصل مع العميل عبر الهاتف أو الرسائل عند كل حساب محدد للإعلان عن الوصول والعمل كحلقة وصل للشركة.
• ضمان الحصول على جميع التوقيعات في الفواتير الورقية والأجهزة الإلكترونية أثناء التسليم.
• التواصل مع رئيس الفرع أو المسؤول عن المتجر عند حدوث أي مشاكل.
• الحفاظ على جميع المستندات المطلوبة مثل الإستمارة (Ownership)، بطاقة الميزان (لشاحنات فقط)، نسخة التأمين، رخصة القيادة، الإقامة، وغيرها في المركبة دائماً.
• عرض المستندات المطلوبة على الجهات الحكومية عند التفتيش.
• تسجيل جميع تفاصيل الرحلات في سجل يومي والتواصل مع رئيس الفرع والمسؤول عن المتجر.
• توثيق جميع مصاريف القيادة مثل الوقود، الرسوم، الإصلاحات الطارئة، وكذلك مسافات الرحلات.
• المساعدة في عمليات المستودع عند الحاجة.
• تحميل وتفريغ المواد في المستودعات والمتاجر ومواقع العملاء.
• الالتزام بجميع قوانين النقل والحفاظ على سجل قيادة آمن.
• إعداد التقارير والمستندات المتعلقة بالتسليمات.
• تشغيل المعدات والآلات مثل الرافعات والشاحنات الشوكية.
• الالتزام بجميع قوانين المرور والسلامة.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في القيادة التجارية والتسليم.
• رخصة قيادة سارية في الإمارات.
• سجل قيادة يظهر قيادة آمنة دون مخالفات خلال آخر 3 سنوات.
• المتطلبات البدنية تشمل رفع أوزان ثقيلة باستخدام تقنيات السلامة، التنقل داخل المستودع، الصعود والنزول من المركبات، القدرة على صعود الدرج والانحناء والركوع والعمل في مساحات صغيرة ومناخات مختلفة.
