Job Description

We are currently hiring a Procurement Specialist to support our Operations team in the Middle East.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Identify the source of materials for client orders (local or Belgium supplied) to ensure efficient procurement and optimal pricing.
• Process orders while verifying payment conditions, colors, delivery conditions, urgency, client details, priority articles, batch deliveries, and new dies.
• Prepare purchase sheets for suppliers, follow up on accepted orders, and communicate supplier and client requirements regarding charges and delivery.
• Follow up on urgent orders, deliveries, and dispatch to clients; update delivery schedules to Supply Chain Officer.
• Provide supplier delivery advice and delivery notes for client reference upon delivery.
• Analyze and process warehouse stock replenishment orders.
• Verify delivery notes against orders, assign quantities in HORIZON, and pass orders for invoicing.
• Monitor order dispatch from supplier to client until completion.
• Maintain records of supplier data, reports, documents, certificates, and prices.
• Create and maintain work instructions for purchase procedures in SYSTEM.
• Register and manage client complaints, sending them to suppliers for investigation.
• Send inquiries to suppliers, evaluate supplier options, negotiate prices, schedules, quantities, and packaging.
• Evaluate vendors and procurement strategies for efficiency and value.
• Review legal and contractual responsibilities for suppliers and the company.
• Coordinate and communicate between stakeholders, managers, and team members regarding technical procurement.
• Maintain purchasing files and supplier records in soft and hard copies.
• Prepare monthly reports (KG and Supply Chain Report).
• Manage system application (HORIZON) for purchase transactions and database updates.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing warehouse shipments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or International Logistics Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Aluminum/Construction field is advantageous.
• Dynamic, result-oriented, proactive, and ready to travel.
• Fluent in English & Arabic (written and verbal).
• Strong decision-making, negotiation skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD 2-D.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تحديد مصدر المواد لكل طلب عميل (محلي أو مستورد من بلجيكا).
• معالجة الطلبات والتحقق من شروط الدفع، الألوان المعتمدة، شروط التسليم، وعناصر الأولوية.
• إعداد جداول الشراء للموردين ومتابعة قبول الطلبات وإرسالها للموردين.
• متابعة الطلبات العاجلة، مواعيد التسليم، والتوازنات للمخزون.
• تحديث جدول التسليم لموظف سلسلة التوريد.
• تحليل ومعالجة طلبات إعادة تزويد المخازن.
• التحقق من ملاحظات التسليم ومطابقتها مع الطلبات، وتسجيلها للنظام.
• مراقبة شحن الطلبات من المورد إلى العميل حتى الإغلاق.
• الحفاظ على سجلات الموردين والبيانات والتقارير والشهادات والأسعار.
• تقييم الموردين واستراتيجيات المشتريات لتحقيق الكفاءة والقيمة.
• التفاوض مع الموردين بشأن الأسعار والجداول والكميات والتغليف.
• مراجعة المسؤوليات القانونية والتعاقدية للموردين والشركة.
• التنسيق بين أصحاب المصلحة والمديرين وفريق المشتريات.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة اللوجستيات الدولية.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الألومنيوم أو البناء (مفضل).
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
• مهارات تفاوض واتخاذ القرار والعمل تحت الضغط.
• معرفة ببرنامج AUTOCAD 2-D.
• قدرة على السفر والمبادرة وحل المشكلات.
