Maintenance Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee maintenance operations for plant and equipment in the Ready-mix concrete industry.
- Plan and manage routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance activities.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve faults and breakdowns efficiently.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve plant reliability.
- Schedule and supervise planned and unplanned maintenance work.
- Prepare spare parts lists and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs; prepare monthly performance reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards in all maintenance activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Planning Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, aligned with milestones and deadlines.
- Conduct resource allocation analysis to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations highlighting KPIs and potential bottlenecks.
- Facilitate communication across teams to ensure awareness of schedule changes and project requirements.
- Analyze historical project data to improve forecasting and planning accuracy.
- Monitor project expenditures and resource utilization; recommend cost-control measures.
- Support procurement by providing input on timeline constraints and resource availability.
Sales Executive – Concrete & Admixtures
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct concrete trial mixes at client laboratories to promote and demonstrate the company’s admixture products.
- Make sales calls on ready-mix and precast concrete plants.
- Prepare submittals for approval from local government/public works authorities.
- Provide after-sales service and respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
- Visit construction sites to advise on correct material selection and usage.
- Explain proper tools and methods for material mixing, application, or installation.
- Coordinate with technical departments to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
Procurement Supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review purchase requests from all divisions; identify items for negotiation.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable deals and terms.
- Sign and implement purchase agreements applicable across all HHG divisions.
- Provide procurement guidance to divisions; ensure import compliance.
- Handle procurement for head office departments (Finance, HR, IT, Audit, Safety).
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures according to best practices.
- Standardize procurement processes and stock/part number codes across the group.
Sales Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products’ functions and processes to support sales.
- Explain products and services to customers in a clear, non-technical manner.
- Prepare technical presentations and discuss project requirements with clients and engineers.
- Collaborate with GM and QA/QC teams to understand customer needs and provide sales support.
- Generate sales leads, follow up, secure and renew orders, negotiate pricing, and arrange deliveries.
- Report directly to the Commercial Manager or General Manager.

- تخطيط وإدارة أنشطة الصيانة الروتينية، الوقائية والطوارئ.
- تحديد وتحليل وحل الأعطال ومشاكل الانقطاع بكفاءة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الصيانة لتحسين موثوقية المصنع العامة.
- جدولة والإشراف على أعمال الصيانة المخططة وغير المخططة.
- إعداد قوائم قطع الغيار والحفاظ على سجلات صيانة دقيقة.
- مراقبة تكاليف الصيانة وإعداد تقارير أداء شهرية.
- ضمان الامتثال الصارم لمعايير السلامة في جميع أنشطة الصيانة.
مهندس تخطيط (Planning Engineer)

- دعم عمليات الشراء بتقديم مدخلات حول القيود الزمنية وتوافر الموارد لضمان استحواذ المواد والخدمات في الوقت المحدد.
مندوب مبيعات (Sales)
- إجراء اختبارات الخرسانة ومتابعة التجارب في مختبر العملاء لتعزيز وبيع مجموعة منتجات الإضافات الكيميائية للشركة.
- زيارة مصانع الخرسانة الجاهزة والمسبقة الصب، وإعداد المستندات للموافقة من السلطات المحلية.
- تقديم خدمة ما بعد البيع والرد على استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء.
- تقديم المشورة لاختيار المواد الصحيحة في مواقع البناء وحل المشكلات الناتجة عن سوء استخدام المواد.
- توضيح طرق استخدام الأدوات الصحيحة للخلط والتطبيق، وزيارة مكاتب المقاولين والاستشاريين لشرح المعايير والمواصفات بالتنسيق مع القسم الفني.
مشرف مشتريات (Procurement Supervisor)
- مراجعة طلبات الشراء من جميع الأقسام وتحديد العناصر التي تتطلب تفاوض إضافي.
- التفاوض مع الموردين للحصول على أفضل الصفقات والشروط للشركة.
- إبرام وتنفيذ عقود الشراء المطبقة على جميع أقسام HHG.
