Outdoor Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Copy Center team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive range of office equipment, including Ricoh photocopiers, MFPs, facsimiles, printers, card printers, barcode/label printers, and screens. You will also facilitate leads for related divisions, such as Laserfiche and other brands.

Requirements:

• Valid Bahrain driving license and own car
• Knowledge in office equipment
• Sales skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell the entire range of office equipment, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and submit daily sales reports to the Manager.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures before executing any sales.
• Arrange product demonstrations as required and provide exceptional sales and after-sales service.
• Utilize the provided price list for all products, ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for all designated brands.
• Maintain professional demeanor, adhere to company rules, present a polished appearance, and uphold honesty and integrity.
• Drive sales and foster strong relationships with clients to meet their printing and copying needs.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Washerman

Job Responsibilities (Washerman – Medical & Commercial):

• Check all items before processing and coordinate with supervisor for damaged fabric.
• Segregate fabric as color and white for washing.
• Treat stained fabric separately before machine washing.
• Work with medical laundry including blood-stained and soiled linen.
• Handle yellow and red bags in the medical laundry.
• Use PPE when working in medical laundry.
• Be vaccinated and trained as per NHRA regulations for medical laundry.
• Check fabric tag instructions before washing.
• Hand wash items that cannot be machine washed.
• Have knowledge of chemical programs for optimal results.
• Load fabric according to machine capacity.
• Inform Supervisor regarding requirements of chemicals, starch, etc.

Job Responsibilities (Hand Presser/Steam Presser):

• Check all items before processing.
• Finish pressing jobs as per schedule with quality according to Martinizing standard.
• Pass stained items to washer/drycleaners.
• Report any damages to Laundry Manager before processing.
• Coordinate with drycleaners and washerman.
• Clean pressing machines at the end of every shift using company-provided materials.

غسال - Washerman

المسؤوليات الوظيفية:

غسال - الغسيل الطبي والتجاري:

• فحص جميع العناصر قبل المعالجة والتنسيق مع المشرف لأي تلف في الأقمشة.
• فرز الأقمشة حسب اللون والأبيض للغسيل.
• معالجة البقع على الأقمشة بشكل منفصل قبل وضعها في الغسالة.
• العمل في الغسيل الطبي مع الأقمشة الملوثة بالدم أو القيء أو الإفرازات.
• التعامل مع الأكياس الصفراء والحمراء في الغسيل الطبي.
• استخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية أثناء العمل.
• الالتزام بلوائح NHRA والتلقيح والتدريب للعمل في الغسيل الطبي.
• التحقق من تعليمات الغسيل على العلامات قبل الغسيل.
• غسل العناصر التي لا يمكن وضعها في الغسالة يدوياً.
• معرفة جيدة ببرامج المواد الكيميائية للحصول على أفضل النتائج.
• تحميل الأقمشة حسب سعة الغسالة.
• إبلاغ المشرف عن متطلبات المواد الكيميائية والنشا مسبقاً.

الضاغط اليدوي / ضاغط البخار:

• فحص جميع العناصر قبل المعالجة.
• إتمام جميع مهام الكي وفق الجدول وبجودة معيار Martinizing.
• تمرير العناصر الملطخة إلى الغسال / التنظيف الجاف.
• الإبلاغ فوراً عن أي تلف إلى مدير الغسيل قبل المعالجة.
• التنسيق مع الغسالين وموظفي التنظيف الجاف.
• تنظيف آلات الكي في نهاية كل وردية باستخدام المعدات المقدمة من الشركة.
