Audiologist

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Audiologist based in the Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Audiologist will assess, diagnose, and treat hearing and balance disorders for patients of all ages. Duties include conducting hearing tests, counseling patients on hearing health, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records and staying updated with advancements in audiology practices to deliver optimal care.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in audiological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Proficiency in hearing aid fitting, programming, and troubleshooting
• Strong interpersonal skills to provide patient counseling and education on hearing health
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail in maintaining patient records
• Current Audiology license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Bahrain
• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or a related field
• Previous work experience in a clinical audiology setting is an advantage
