Main Objectives & Duties
As a Gulf Air Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction. As the frontline ambassadors of the airline, you will represent the image and values of Gulf Air, helping to build customer confidence and loyalty through exceptional service.
Education & Experience
- Minimum High School education.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken). Additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.
- A professional, customer-oriented approach with the ability to stay composed in challenging situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and serve customers from various cultural backgrounds.
Requirements

Manager Sales Performance Analysis
Job Purpose
To support the performance analysis function by collecting, validating, and analyzing data to track business performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making across the Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and maintain performance data from multiple systems and sources.
- Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Track KPIs against targets and highlight variances and trends.
- Support senior analysts in ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and business reviews.
- Assist in identifying performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual performance review cycles.
- Maintain documentation of reports, KPIs, and data definitions.
- Respond to data and reporting requests from internal stakeholders.

Senior Manager Sales Performance
Job Purpose
The Senior Manager Sales Performance is responsible for leading enterprise-wide performance measurement, insights, and decision support. The role translates complex commercial, operational, and network data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and strategic performance across the Sales organization.
This role acts as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring performance outcomes are tracked, understood, and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating current and future sales plans.
- Analyse and communicate revenue data on regular basis, to assist in the development of sales business plan.
- Monitor, analyse and report on route and point of sales performance, and recommend changes to the current operation.
- Perform economic analysis of any new route opportunities and progress to a business case to support sales decision.
- Recommend short-term product changes to improve performance.
