Roles and Responsibilities
- EHS: Actively communicate and implement EHS plans, ensure consistent EHS approach in business decisions, represent the company in related legal matters, integrate EHS into project strategy
- Project Integration Management: Identify all internal and external stakeholders, balance their needs to ensure win-win outcomes aligned with contractual obligations
- Project Risk Management: Implement risk management plan, track risks throughout project lifecycle, establish performance metrics, ensure effective communication of risks
- Project Cost & Finance Management: Demonstrate financial management understanding, read and interpret financial reports, ensure optimal resource utilization

- السلامة والصحة والبيئة (EHS): المشاركة الفعالة في التواصل وتنفيذ خطط EHS وضمان دمجها في قرارات الأعمال، وتمثيل الشركة عند الحاجة في الجوانب القانونية ذات الصلة.
- إدارة تكامل المشروع: تحديد جميع الأطراف المعنية بالمشروع وضمان توازن احتياجاتهم وتأثيراتهم لتحقيق نتائج مربحة ومتوافقة مع العقود.
- إدارة مخاطر المشروع: تنفيذ خطة إدارة المخاطر بمشاركة جميع الأطراف، تتبع جميع الأنشطة خلال دورة حياة المشروع، ووضع مؤشرات أداء دقيقة لتقييم المخاطر وضمان التواصل المستمر.
- إدارة التكلفة والمالية: فهم وإدارة الموارد المالية للمشروع، القدرة على قراءة التقارير المالية ومعرفة الوضع المالي للمشروع في أي وقت، وضمان استخدام الموارد بشكل أمثل.
