Coordinator

GAC Bahrain is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to manage all aspects of personnel visa services and travel logistics. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at managing multiple tasks, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and contribute to the team.

Key Tasks:

  • Applying for visas online and related work
  • Data entry using an in-house system
  • Coordinate with internal team and external stakeholders for the service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records, update systems, and ensure prompt data entry
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation logistics to ensure smooth and timely arrangements for personnel, clients, or guests, including managing bookings, confirming reservations, and addressing any related logistical needs promptly and effectively
  • Coordinate document preparation, submissions, scheduling, and updates

Job Requirements:

  • University Graduate
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Basic knowledge of visa processing and financial documentation is an advantage

- إدخال البيانات باستخدام النظام الداخلي للشركة.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين لتقديم الخدمة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة وتحديث الأنظمة وضمان إدخال البيانات بسرعة.
- تنسيق ترتيبات السفر والإقامة لضمان تنظيم سلس وفي الوقت المناسب للأفراد والعملاء أو الضيوف، بما في ذلك إدارة الحجوزات وتأكيدها ومعالجة أي احتياجات لوجستية متعلقة.
- التنسيق لإعداد الوثائق وتقديمها وجدولتها وتحديثها.

المتطلبات:
- خريج جامعة.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية مع الانتباه للتفاصيل والدقة.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة وتحديد الأولويات بفعالية.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية للتنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والموردين الخارجيين.
- معرفة أساسية بإجراءات التأشيرات والمستندات المالية ميزة إضافية.
