Driver - Construction Division
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate light vehicles to transport workers, supervisors, and site staff
- Deliver and collect construction materials, tools, and documents between sites and suppliers
- Ensure timely transportation according to project schedules
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights)
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report mechanical issues promptly
- Keep accurate trip logs and fuel records
- Assist with loading and unloading materials when required
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety procedures
- Support site team with basic errands and logistics coordination
Requirements:
- Valid Light Vehicle Driving License (Bahrain)
- 2–3 years of driving experience, preferably in construction
- Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations
- Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading

Site Admin - Construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and site team
- Maintain and organize all site documentation, records, and correspondence
- Prepare and manage daily reports, attendance records, and manpower logs
- Coordinate document control including drawings, submittals, RFIs, and approvals
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Maintain proper filing systems (electronic and hard copy) for project documentation
- Track material deliveries, site requests, and inventory records
- Assist in preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and project updates
- Manage timesheets, leave records, and site staff documentation
- Coordinate site office requirements including stationery, equipment, and supplies
- Support HR and procurement departments with site-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and site procedures
Construction Site Admin
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage site documentation and records
- Coordinate between site team, head office, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Prepare reports, timesheets, and correspondence
- Monitor attendance and maintain manpower records
- Handle material requests, delivery notes, and site-related documentation
- Support the Project Manager and site team in daily administrative tasks
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Administrator in building construction projects
- Strong knowledge of site documentation and administrative procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Previous construction site experience preferred
QA-QC Engineer
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in building construction projects
- Mandatory GCC experience
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, and construction codes
- Experience in preparation of ITPs, method statements, and quality documentation
- Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Relevant QA/QC certifications preferred
QA-QC Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction QA/QC, preferably in client-side or consultancy roles
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, technical specifications, and QA/QC procedures
- Familiarity with international standards such as BS, ASTM, ISO, and local authority requirements
- Experience in handling inspections, testing coordination, and documentation control
- Strong reporting, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
