About the Job
Main Objectives: Ensures the implementation of quality and hygiene standards for food supplied to airlines, which is essential for maintaining reputation and customer satisfaction. Monitoring production, adhering to weight specifications and recipes, and providing technical advice optimize operations and minimize waste. Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations protects employee and customer well-being. Overall, this role directly impacts customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, profitability, and organizational reputation.
Main Duties
- Analyse and check customer food requirements constantly, including reporting on standards, quality, quantity, presentation, and weight to ensure compliance and meet customer requirements
- Monitor raw materials received, including checking expiration dates, quality, receiving temperature, and vehicle temperature to ensure items are safe and compliant with food safety standards
