Key Responsibilities:
Reconciliations:
- Reconcile money movements related to subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and distribution
- Investigate reconciliation breaks
- Chase for missing monies related to partial or unsettled payments
- Ensure custodians/distributors are all reconciled by the end of each month
Reporting:
- Client Reporting via e-mail or system generated or Portal (PFS Paxus, Apex Connect, E-front, Investment Café)
- Fund Manager reporting: missing docs, AML status of investors, estimated/confirmed cash flows
- Investor Reporting: NAV statements, Contract notes confirmation subscription/redemption, Capital Calls, Dividend distribution notices, or any other communication requested by Board of Directors/Investment Managers
- Custodian/distributor reporting: Fund settle CNs, access to accounts for ClearStream, Allfunds, and more
Senior Account Manager - Private Equity
Skills Required:
- Holds a professional accounting qualification with a strong academic background
- At least 10+ years’ relevant experience in private equity Fund administration role
- Knowledge of accounting standards i.e. IFRS/UK/LUX/US GAAP
- Ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment
- Capacity to problem-solve and ability to deal with complex issues
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision/guidance; must be a self-starter
- Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, and Macros in Excel
- Experience in managing people will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of eFront will be considered an advantage
- Able to present financial and business data to clients adding own analysis and expertise
Senior Account Manager - Real Estate
