المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- متابعة إصدار الفواتير مع قسم الإدارة.
- تنسيق إجراءات تسجيل المركبات مع قسم الإدارة.
- متابعة حالة تحضير المركبات مع قسم PDI.
- تنسيق إعداد الاتفاقيات مع قسم F&I.
- متابعة موافقات NOC مع قسم F&I وإعداد مستندات NOC مع قسم الإدارة.
- التنسيق مع قسم الحسابات لإصدار المستندات المتعلقة بالصفقات المدفوعة بالكامل.
- مساعدة فريق PDI في نقل المركبات من الساحة إلى ZM عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمخزون ودعم عمليات التحقق من المخزون.
- إعداد تقارير المبيعات المطلوبة من الإدارة.
- إعداد مستندات NOC واتفاقيات المبيعات ونماذج المرور للوكلاء الفرعيين ومتابعة مستندات الموافقة على MOT.

المؤهلات:
- 5–7 سنوات في إدارة الضمان، كتابة الخدمات، أو إدارة المطالبات (خبرة في السيارات).
- إجادة برامج ERP/CRM ومنصات تقديم المطالبات.
- القدرة على اكتشاف الاتجاهات في البيانات وإعداد تقارير عن معدلات الاسترداد وأداء القسم.
- مهارات تفاوض استثنائية؛ القدرة على الحزم مع الموردين والمرونة مع العملاء.
- الانتباه الشديد للتفاصيل.
المسمى الوظيفي: فني رئيسي – السيارات
المؤهلات:
- خبرة مثبتة 5–7 سنوات كفني رئيسي، فني تشخيص، أو في دور تقني كبير مشابه في السيارات.
