1. Lead Setter Out
Job Description:
The Lead Setter Out is responsible for leading the setting out process on site, ensuring that construction and interior works are accurately positioned according to design drawings and project specifications. This role requires coordination with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to maintain quality and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately mark out positions for interior fit-outs, joinery, and FF&E installations.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise execution.
Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to avoid delays.
Supervise junior staff in setting out tasks and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Provide progress reports and highlight any discrepancies to management.
Assist in training staff on site measurement tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction or interior setting out roles.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Leadership ability to manage small teams on site.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.

1. Lead Setter Out
وصف الوظيفة:
مسؤول عن قيادة عملية تحديد المواقع على الموقع، لضمان أن أعمال البناء والتشطيبات الداخلية موضوعة بدقة وفقًا للرسومات والتصاميم ومواصفات المشروع. يشمل الدور التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين ومشرفي المواقع لضمان الجودة والالتزام بالجداول الزمنية.
المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية:
تحديد مواقع التركيبات الداخلية والنجارة وFF&E بدقة.
قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية والمواصفات لضمان التنفيذ الدقيق.
التنسيق مع مشرفي الموقع ومديري المشاريع لتجنب التأخير.
الإشراف على الموظفين الجدد في مهام تحديد المواقع والحفاظ على جودة العمل.
ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والجودة.
تقديم تقارير تقدم العمل والإشارة إلى أي فروقات للإدارة.
المساعدة في تدريب الموظفين على أدوات وتقنيات القياس في الموقع.
المؤهلات:
خبرة مثبتة في البناء أو مهام تحديد المواقع الداخلية.
فهم قوي للرسومات الفنية والمواصفات.
انتباه عالي للتفاصيل ومهارات قوية في حل المشكلات.
قدرة قيادية لإدارة فرق صغيرة في الموقع.
معرفة بلوائح الصحة والسلامة في مواقع البناء.
