Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of showcases, counters, and display areas.

• Keep the boutique dust-free, especially counters, furniture, carpets, etc.

• Monitor and refill display trays, packaging materials, and store supplies.

• Help maintain security protocols by being attentive and reporting any unusual activity.

• Serve water, tea, or coffee to customers as per the boutique’s hospitality standards.

• Assist the sales staff in performing their duties smoothly.

• Maintain professional appearance and courteous behavior at all times.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Boutique Manager or Sales Executives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential customers through research, networking, and other methods

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

• Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services, and provide product information and guidance to customers

• Collaborate with other members of the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns

• Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote the company's products and services

• Keep abreast of market trends and competitive landscape, and provide feedback to senior management on industry developments

• Ensure to achieve the monthly individual and group sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and set up hardware and software

• Manage network servers and IT tools

• Create accounts and set up workstations for users

• Monitor system performance and resolve issues quickly

• Provide daily support to users

• Keep systems secure (manage access, backups, firewalls)

• Upgrade systems with new versions and models

• Train staff on new technologies

• Keep IT documentation, manuals, and policies up to date

• Manage IT equipment and track the budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field; certifications like MCSA or CCNA are a plus
