Customer Support Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to provide on-site technical support and customer assistance for Computer Hardware, Software, and Network systems. This role involves regular travel to client locations in Saudi Arabia (KSA) to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for computer hardware, software, and network systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair IT infrastructure issues efficiently.

• Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution of technical problems.

• Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide effective solutions.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate in Science or Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering (ICT or related field) with relevant technical certifications.
