Store Supervisor – L’Occitane (Marassi Galleria)

Location: Manama, Capital Governorate, Bahrain

Job Description:
The Store Supervisor is responsible for managing team performance, scheduling, achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer experiences, maintaining store and brand merchandising, and managing stock according to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and represent the brand values through all interactions.

• Follow retail policies and standard operating procedures consistently.

• Build and maintain high guest experience standards to strengthen loyalty.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets using high-selling techniques.

• Participate in store projects, community events, and activities.

• Stay updated on latest trends, products, and competitor activities.

Team Management & Support:

• Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and fairness.

• Communicate organizational priorities to ensure team alignment with group objectives.

• Assist the Store Manager in assigning responsibilities, managing, engaging, and guiding the team.

• Maintain staff schedule and grooming standards.

Customer Centricity:

• Implement and promote exceptional customer service to boost sales and loyalty.

• Manage VIP guest relationships and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Operational Excellence:

• Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment as per brand guidelines.

• Leverage technology tools to enhance customer experience (e.g., Clienteling app, OMS, Business WhatsApp).

• Assist in inventory audit preparation and goods entry into Baan system.

Driver

Location: Manama, Capital Governorate, Bahrain

Job Description:
The Driver is responsible for safe and timely transportation of goods, documents, and personnel as required by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport goods, products, and documents between offices, warehouses, and retail stores.

• Ensure vehicle maintenance and cleanliness at all times.

• Adhere to traffic rules and company safety policies.

• Assist with loading/unloading goods when needed.

• Maintain accurate delivery and log records.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid driving license and clean driving record.

• Knowledge of local routes in Bahrain.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Professional and courteous behavior with colleagues and clients.
