Logistics Driver
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate a Four wheel Pickup & Sixwheel Truck Vehicles to deliver and collect materials
Perform all loading and unloading of goods, ensuring careful handling to prevent damage
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
Plan routes effectively to meet delivery schedules and deadlines
Verify all shipping documents for accuracy and obtain necessary signatures
Maintain a clean and organized driver's log and vehicle
Adhere to all company safety policies and traffic laws
Communicate professionally with customers, warehouse staff, and dispatchers
Mandatory Requirements:
A valid driving license with a clean driving record
Proven experience in a similar logistics or delivery driver role
Demonstrated experience in manual loading and unloading of materials (This is a physical role)
Must be able to speak and understand English fluently for clear communication with team members, customers, and for understanding instructions and safety protocols
Workshop Supervisor (Carpentry & Aluminium)
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Workshop Supervisor, Foreman, or Senior Technician in a workshop environment that works with both carpentry/joinery and aluminium fabrication
Strong hands-on skills in carpentry (reading plans, cutting, assembling, finishing) and aluminium work (cutting, welding/MIG/TIG, mechanical assembly)
In-depth knowledge of workshop machinery for wood and metal (table saws, planers, CNC routers; mitre saws, band saws, welding equipment)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of workshop health and safety protocols
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Highly Desirable:
Formal qualification (apprenticeship, diploma) in Carpentry, Metal Fabrication, or a related field
Experience in architectural metalwork, shop fitting, or custom furniture sector
Knowledge of powder coating, anodizing, or other finishing processes for aluminium
First Aid/CPR certification
Operations Manager (Aluminium & Steel Fabrication)
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day fabrication operations to meet production targets, on-time delivery, and quality standards
Develop and implement production schedules, capacity planning, and resource allocation
Monitor workflow and processes to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions
Quality & Safety:
Enforce a strict quality control system throughout the fabrication process, from raw material inspection to final product
Ensure all work complies with industry standards (e.g., AWS, AISC), project specifications, and safety regulations (OSHA)
Champion a culture of safety, conducting regular audits and promoting best practices to maintain a zero-accident environment
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors, fabricators, welders, and machine operators
Manage workforce planning, including training, performance reviews, and skill development
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Resource & Cost Management:
Manage inventory levels of raw materials (aluminium extrusions, sheet metal, structural steel) and consumables
Control operational budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety
Site Installation Team Leader (Architectural Openings & Interiors)
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
Proven experience (5+ years) in a hands-on site installation role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
Strong experience installing Aluminium windows/doors, steel structures, skylights, and interior wood products (kitchens, floors)
Excellent ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and installation manuals
In-depth knowledge of tools, fasteners, and sealing methods for each material (wood, aluminium, steel)
Strong understanding of construction site protocols and safety standards
Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and client-facing communication skills
Physical fitness and a valid driver's license
Highly Desirable:
Formal certification in a relevant trade (Carpentry, Metal Fabrication, etc.)
OSHA 30-hour certification or similar
Experience with operating elevated work platforms (scissor lifts, etc.)
Familiarity with quality control procedures and snagging/punch lists

مهارات عملية قوية في النجارة (قراءة المخططات، القص، التجميع، التشطيب) وأعمال الألمنيوم (القص، اللحام MIG/TIG، التجميع الميكانيكي).
معرفة واسعة بماكينات الورش للخشب والمعدن.
مهارات قيادة واتصال وحل مشكلات ممتازة.
فهم قوي لبروتوكولات الصحة والسلامة في الورش.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة مشاريع متعددة.
