DUTIES ACTUALLY PERFORMED BY THIS POSITION:

• Answer all calls within 2 rings
•  Cordial and positive tone of voice in all calls
• Focus on needs of the customer and provide for their queries and requests
• Sell, up-sell and cross-sell different products and services to the customer
• Ensure the next steps and requirements are aligned and clarified with the customer before the end of the call
• Data entry
• Filing and documentation management
• Updating information and ensuring accuracy of data records

Assistant Accountant (For Bahrainis only)

Responsibilities

• Record and organize daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements accurately and professionally.
• Adhere to accounting laws and ethics.
• Support the finance team and contribute to performance improvement.

Accountant (Bahraini Candidate) - Alzayani Investments

Responsibilities

• Collecting and filing all the bank statements
• Preparing Bank Reconciliation
• Reconciling the Main Suppliers Account for making payment. Etc C.A will decide.

Key Responsibilities

•  Financial Operations & Control
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
•  Financial Reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS and internal requirements.

المؤهلات

•  تعتبر الخبرة المثبتة في دور الدعم الإداري أو المبيعات أمرًا ضروريًا.

•  دبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس في أي مجال ذي صلة.
