Fitness Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized training programs tailored to individual clients’ fitness levels, goals, and needs

• Conduct fitness assessments and track progress regularly

• Demonstrate safe and effective exercise techniques and ensure proper form and injury prevention

• Motivate, guide, and support clients to achieve their fitness goals

• Lead small group training sessions or classes when required

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer (REPs, ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent)

• Establish positive relationships with guests by using names and creating a personalized experience
