Role Overview

As a Senior HR Transformation Technical Consultant at Deloitte, you will become an expert in the Human Capital Management (HCM) suite of Workday products, including areas such as Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Absences, and Time Tracking. Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial account audits.

• Conduct financial reporting in accordance with PGC, NIT, and US GAAP.

• Prepare reports required by current legislation.

Opportunity Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join Deloitte Operations for an engagement with one of our premier Investment Banking clients.

Overall Purpose of the Role

The Credit Loans Middle Office Team supports various business teams with the origination, syndication, and secondary market trading of performing and non-performing loans. While loans are the primary product supported, the business continues to expand into other areas such as structured products and private equities.

The team ensures efficient pre-trade due diligence, execution, and settlement (the “closing” role) of both primary and secondary loans. They maintain the integrity and accuracy of the firm’s risk positions and resolve any trade settlement issues.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor trading systems for new trades and confirm trades with outside clients.

• Draft, review, and negotiate transfer documents, including trade confirmations and transfer certificates.

• Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Credit, Trading Desks, Agency, and Servicing teams to obtain necessary approvals, agree on pricing/cashflows, reconcile, and settle trades within our system.
